At One to One Physical Therapy Inc., we have found that employee referrals are one of the most successful ways to attract top healthcare professional talent. Our employee referral program allows you to easily make candidate referrals.

Why should I refer someone?
An employee referral program is such a good way to help find talented and energetic people like you, while rewarding you for it! The goal of this referral program, with your help, is to attract qualified candidates who are seeking a career with One to One Physical Therapy Inc.

Not only can you help build upon One to One’s talented group of people, but if you refer a candidate that is hired, and the position is eligible, you will receive a reward of . So start thinking about who you know!

The applicants you refer must have this Memorandum attached to the resumes or applications that they submit to our Human Resource Department. You cannot refer anyone who has already applied to our company, who already works with us, or anyone who has worked here within the last twelve months. You will receive your bonus (subject to taxes) if the person you referred is hired for a designated position and completes six months of continuous employment. You must be employed by our company at that time to collect your award.

The Office of Human Resources reserves the right to determine whether or not referred applicants are qualified for positions covered by the program. If a referred applicant is hired for a non-designated position, no award will be paid. One to One may modify or discontinue this program at any time. Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be handled on an individual basis.

In the event an applicant is referred from more than one source; for example, from two employees, or an employee and an employment agency, the deciding factor will be the date of receipt of the referral within the Human Resource Department. The Human Resource Department will inform the participating parties when such situations arise. If you have any questions regarding the program, please contact the Human Resource Department directly.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for qualified Physical Therapists who meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or foreign equivalent with a concentration in Physical Therapy
• Recent Graduates or Experienced Physical Therapists Welcome
• State of Florida Physical Therapist License
• VisaScreen Certificate, if foreign
